Terrible, Tears and Tuesday

Yep thats me. Broken. Such a word I've never thought I would have to say about myself when it came down to me having children. Its so hard to give up on something that I want so badly in my life. I'm not ready to give up yet but this ride isn't getting any less scary.

I went to the DR today for yet another consultation to figure out what the next step was in this long journey. He said if it doesn't happen this month, which I'm not holding my breathe for it too happen, then I am scheduled for a laparoscopy surgery on December 2nd.

I'm scared that they will find out more inside that will cause me to stay broken for the rest of my life. I'm nervous that this won't fix me. I'm upset that the DR before this one didn't even mention this at all. How long was he going to keep handing me pills to take that weren't working.

God, I want this to be over so badly!!

I would die for that.....

  1. I love that song... I've spent many a night crying to that song... Another song is The Answer by Sarah McLachlan, "if it takes my whole life, I won't break I won't bend, it'll all be worth it, worth it in the end..."

If anything I pray that if they have to do this to find what's wrong, that they find something easily fixable.

I know what it's like, I'm still in the throes of it as well, and I hope your dream of motherhood comes true soon!

  2. I am sorry you have to go through surgery. I had to do that in June to take out a fallopian tube. Maybe this will be the answer!

  3. Oh Ash you made me cry by seeing this video! :-( I hadn't ever heard the song. It is a good one, too true. I hope your doctor appt goes well (or you are able to avoid it bc of a little baby growing inside your womb!)

  5. I'm with Sailor's Sweetheart. I was terrified of having my lap back in August but I'm so glad I did because it finally gave me answers. Answers that allowed use to finally move on to the next stage in treatment. Good luck to you. Let me know if you have any questions! <3
