Happy Friday Turned Sad With One Text

Today was a great Friday. It was a quiet day with just little man and everything was going great. Mike was only working 10 hours and then tomorrow we had plans to get things ready for winter around the house and have a nice steak dinner, hang out...just spend quality time together. I was so excited. 


After Mike gets to work he sends me a text and says "we are back on 12s and working the weekend". So asked "the whole weekend" and he said "yeah". I am so thankful he is working and most people would be ecstatic for the extra money on that check BUT I'm OVER this outage! I want my husband back! As soon as he said it was all weekend, I started crying. (Thank you, Clomid!!) I just want to spend one day with Mike for more then an hour and have quality time. I'm thankful he is able to be home during this outage but I will not complain when its over! 


And to top it off, a deer hit Mike's truck coming home the other morning so we are down to one vehicle. We cant even get the truck to the shop b/c of his hours and he needs to find one that will fix it and give us a quote. (That was one thing on the list of things to do tomorrow) It wasn't to bad but it's bad enough that the truck is not drive able. Plus side, we have deer meat! LOL 


For the last 2 days I've been getting headaches. I know they are stress headaches because if I don't catch them soon enough they start to turn into a migraine. Luckily I caught the one last night quick enough and just went to bed. Tonight this one has come early and I'm hoping that it doesn't get any worse. 


As far as our TTC journey, we are on CD7 with our 5th round of clomid. I will NOT let hope into my life this month. I am not hopeful this month and we will just see what happens.
